AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in the City of
St. Louis, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 228 (Kosciusko
and President) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 228 (Kosciusko and President).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 228
(Kosciusko and President) shall be as follows:

KOSCIUSKO AND PRESIDENT
Beginning at a point said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Kosciusko Street (60 feet wide, formerly 2nd Street)
with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 8
in Block D of Marine Villa Addition in City Block 1766 as recorded
in the City of St. Louis Records; thence southeastwardly along
said prolongation and along the southwest line of said Lot 8 and
continuing along the southeastern prolongation of said southwest
line to the centerline of a 20 foot wide alley in said City Block
1766; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said alley,
across Guthrie Street (50 feet wide) and continuing along the
centerline of a 15 foot wide alley in City Block 1774 to its
intersection with the western Right-of-Way line of Interstate
Route No. 55; thence northwardly and northwestwardly along said
western R.O.W. line to the southeast line of said Kosciusko
Street, said point being 40 feet southwest of the southwest line
of President Street (60 feet wide); thence northwestwardly along a
line perpendicular to the southeast line of said Kosciusko Street
a distance of 30 feet to the centerline of said Kosciusko Street;
thence southwestwardly along said centerline of Kosciusko Street
to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1964. -2-
