HomeMy Public PortalAbout01133 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1133 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 237 (Malcolm Terrace) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 237 (Malcolm Terrace). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 237 (Malcolm Terrace) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) MALCOLM TERRACE Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of St. Paul Street (40 feet wide), with the centerline of Mosley Road (40 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of Mosley Road to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of Lot 4, Block 10 of Malcolm Terrace Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 4 on Page 92 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of Lot 4, Block 10 of said Malcolm Terrace Subdivision and the western prolongation of said south line of Lot 4 to its intersection with the centerline of an alley (15 feet wide) which divides Block 10 of Malcolm Terrace Subdivision; thence southwardly along the centerline of said alley to its intersection with the centerline of Von Speigel Street; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Von Speigel Street to the centerline of German Boulevard, (20 feet wide); thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said German Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of an alley (15 feet wide) which divides Block 9 of Malcolm Terrace Subdivision; thence northwardly along the centerline of said alley and continuing along the centerline of an alley (15 feet wide) which divides Block 2 of Malcolm Terrace Subdivision to its intersection with the centerline of St. Paul Street; thence eastwardly along the centerline of said St. Paul Street to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1964. -2-
