AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
711, adopted March 5, 1962, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 189 (Maple Lane) of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 711, adopted March 5, 1962,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 189 (Maple Lane), as set forth in Section Two
thereof, the area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the northwest
corner of property now or formerly owned by R.F. and A.C. Lee, Jr.
as recorded in Deed Book 2385 on Page 470 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly in a straight line to the
southwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Edwin A. and
F.A. Roussan, as recorded in Deed Book 2685 on Page 631 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the northwest
line of said Roussan property and said line projected to its
intersection with the south line of Lot 9 of the Thomas J.
Sappington Estate Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 33
of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said
south line of said Lot 9 to the east line of Sappington Acres
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 33 page 36 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along the east line of said
Sappington Acres Subdivision to the point of beginning, for the

reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property would
not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 711 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 189
shall be as follows:

MAPLE LANE
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard with the southern prolongation
of the west line of Sappington Acres Estates Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 63 on Pages 4 and 5 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along said
west line to its intersection with the south line of Lot 35 of
Sappington Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33 on Page
36 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
south line to the southeast corner of said Lot 35; thence
northwardly along the east line of said Sappington Acres
Subdivision to the south line of a private 30 foot wide roadway,
said point being 15 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot 7 in
Thomas J. Sappington Estate Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book
5 on Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along said south R.O.W. line which is parallel with and 15 feet
south of the north line of said Lot 7 to the west line of said
Sappington Acres Subdivision; thence southwardly along the west
line of said Sappington Acres Subdivision and along the southern
prolongation of said west line to the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard to its intersection with the southern prolongation of a

property line running from the northeast corner of Lot 2 in
Sappington Acres Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 33 on Page
36 of the St. Louis County Records, to a point on the north line
of Lindbergh Boulevard 15.50 feet west of the southeast corner of
said Lot 2, said 15.50 feet being measured along the north line of
Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northwardly along said prolongation
and along said property line to the northeast corner of said Lot
2; thence eastwardly along the north line of Lot 3 in said
Sappington Acres Subdivision and along the eastern prolongation of
said north line to the centerline of Sappington Acres Drive;
thence southwardly along the centerline of said Sappington Acres
Drive to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence eastwardly
along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the point of
beginning.
