AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in the City of
Creve Coeur, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have granted
this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement ten (10) feet wide, lying in Section 2,
Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Mo., granted by
JOHN L. GILLIS, et al, by instrument dated May 17, 1963, and
recorded in Book 5103, page 154 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1964.
