HomeMy Public PortalAbout01139 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1139 AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easement in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri. WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Those portions of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide granted to the City of Kirkwood by Margaret M. Harrison, et al, by instrument dated June 15, 1938, and recorded in Book 1522 page 218 of the St. Louis County Records, which portions are further described as follows: 1. Those portions of aforesaid sewer easement lying in Lots 17, 29, 30 and 31 of Huntleigh South Plat No. 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 109 page 92 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom those portions over the west five (5) feet and the east five (5) feet of said Lot 17, the west five (5) feet of said Lot 29 and the east five (5) feet of said Lot 31, and over the southern ten (10) feet of said Lots 30 and 31. 2. Those portions of aforesaid sewer easement lying in Lots 32, 33 and 34 of Huntleigh South Plat No. 1, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 104 page 54 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom that portion coincident with the five (5) foot wide easement over the west five (5) feet of said Lot 32, and excepting therefrom that portion coincident with the easements in said Lots 33 and 34 granted by said subdivision plat. 3. Those portions of aforesaid sewer easement lying in Lot 59 of Huntleigh South Plat No. 2, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 107 page 31 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the eastern ten (10) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 2, 1964. -2-
