AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
1078, adopted December 2, 1963, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 224 (Lindbergh & East Watson) of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District.
WHEREAS, certain land contiguous to the present area of
Subdistrict No. 224 (Lindbergh & East Watson) has been annexed to
the District and is capable of being efficiently served by the
proposed subdistrict sewers and the owner has requested that such
land be included in said Subdistrict.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1078, adopted December 2,
1963, is hereby amended by adding to Subdistrict No. 224
(Lindbergh & East Watson) as bounded in Section Two thereof, the
area described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
West Watson Road 40' wide, with the southern
prolongation of the western line of property conveyed
to Roy R. Nolting and his wife by deed recorded in Book
4256, Page 488, St. Louis County Record's office;
thence westwardly and southwestwardly along the
centerline of West Watson Road 40' wide to the southern
prolongation of the western line of the property
conveyed to Charles C. Jensen and wife by deed recorded
in Book 4790, Page 115, St. Louis County Recorder's

office; thence northwardly along said prolongation and
along said western line of Jensen property to its
northwestern corner; thence eastwardly along the north
line of said Jensen property, a distance of 100.88' to
the northeastern corner of said Jensen property; thence
southwardly along the eastern line of said Jensen
property and its southwardly prolongation to the point
of beginning, for the reason that the Board of Trustees
finds that such additional area is within the area
capable of being efficiently served by the proposed
sewer facilities to be constructed in such Subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 1078,
as amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 224
(Lindbergh & East Watson) shall be as follows:

LINDBERGH-EAST WATSON
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
Lindbergh Boulevard, 100 feet wide, with the centerline of West
Watson Road, 40 feet wide; thence westwardly along the centerline
of West Watson Road, to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the west line of property conveyed to Charles C.
Jensen and wife by deed recorded in Book 4790, Page 115, St. Louis
County Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along the western line of said Jensen property to
its northwestern corner in the south line of Lot 8 of "Waterhouts
Subdivision", a subdivision in St. Louis County, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 30, said Recorder's
office; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 8 to
the southeastern corner of property conveyed to F.F. Roediger by
deed recorded in Book 4608, Page 176, said Recorder's office,
thence northwardly along the east line of said Roediger property
to its northeastern corner in the south line of Court Drive, 50
feet wide; thence in a straight line across said Court Drive to
the southwestern corner of property conveyed to Julia C.
Dannenbrink by deed recorded in Book 4140, Page 633; thence
northwardly along the western line of said Dannenbrink property to
its northwestern corner in the south line of property conveyed to

Paul A. Maness by deed recorded in Book 3255, Page 184, said
Recorder's office; thence eastwardly along said south line to the
southeast corner of said Maness property; thence northwestwardly
along the northeastern line of said Maness property, and the
northwestern prolongation thereof to its intersection with the
north line of Wagoner Drive, a private road according to
instrument recorded in Book 949, Page 388 said Recorder's office;
thence southwestwardly and westwardly along the north line of said
Wagoner Drive to its intersection with the east line of property
conveyed to Elizabeth M. Atchley by deed recorded in Book 1177,
Page 514, said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along said
eastern line and along the northern prolongation thereof to its
intersection with the northern line of Maret Drive; thence
northwardly along a straight line to the southeast corner of
property conveyed to Joseph Franz by deed recorded in Book 193,
Page 233 said Recorder's office; thence northwardly along the
eastern line of said Franz property, and its northwardly
prolongation to an intersection with the centerline of Rott Road;
thence eastwardly along the centerline of Rott Road to its
intersection with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence
southwardly and southeastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh
Boulevard to the beginning.
