AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Eleven Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-three Dollars and ninety-nine cents ($11,273.99) from the
Emergency Fund to the Sewer Maintenance Department to be used as
detailed for the repair of sewers damaged by storms.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred
Seventy-three Dollars and ninety-nine cents ($11,273.99) is
appropriated from the Emergency Fund to the Sewer Maintenance
Department to be used as follows for the repair of sewers damaged
by storms. For Personal Services $ 5,773.99 For Capital Outlay 5,500.00 Total $11,273.99
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1964.
