AN ORDINANCE, transferring Twenty-eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Forty-four Dollars and no cents ($28,844.00) from the
Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to the
Construction Fund of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict and
appropriating the same sum from the Construction Fund of the
Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for the completion of
connecting interceptor lines to the Gravois Creek Trunk Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-eight Thousand Eight
Hundred Forty-four Dollars and no cents ($28,844.00) is
transferred from the Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk
Subdistrict to the Construction Fund of the Gravois Creek Trunk
Subdistrict.
Section Two. The same sum of Twenty-eight Thousand
Eight Hundred Forty-four Dollars and no cents ($28,844.00) is
appropriated from the Construction Fund of the Gravois Creek Trunk
Subdistrict to be used for the completion of connecting
interceptor lines to the Gravois Creek trunk sewer.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 23, 1964.
