AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire
Outfall No. 2) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 239 (Lakeshire Outfall No. 2).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 239
(Lakeshire Outfall No. 2) shall be as follows:

LAKESHIRE OUTFALL NO. 2
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot
9 in Block "A" of Wolff Homesites No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book
33, page 21 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly
along the south line of said Lot 9 to the southwest corner
thereof; thence southwestwardly along a straight line across
Antonia Drive to the northeast corner of Lot 6 in Block "B" of
said Wolff Homesites No. 2; thence westwardly along the north line
of said Lot 6 to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly
along the west line of Lots 6, 5 and 4 in said Block "B" to the
southwest corner of said Lot 4; thence eastwardly along the south
line of said Lot 4 and the eastern prolongation of said south line
to the centerline of Antonia Drive; thence southwardly along the
centerline of said Antonia Drive to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the north line of Lot 4 in Block "A" of
said Wolff Homesites No. 2; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and along the north line of said Lot 4 to the
northeast corner thereof; thence southwardly along the east line
of Lots 4 and 3 in said Block "A" to its intersection with the
western prolongation of the north line of Lot 4 of the
Resubdivision of Part of Lot 1 of Wolff Homesites No. 2 as
recorded in Plat Book 35, page 57 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the north line
of said lot 4 and its prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of
Tesson Ferry Road; thence northwardly along the centerline of said
Tesson Ferry Road to its intersection with the western

prolongation of a line parallel with and 300 feet south of the
south line of property now or formerly owned by Louis V. Pumphrey
and wife as recorded in Deed Book 2051, page 474 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and
along said parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 200 feet east of the centerline of said Tesson Ferry
Road; thence northwardly along the last mentioned parallel line to
the south line of said Pumphrey property; thence westwardly along
said south line and its prolongation, westwardly to the centerline
of Tesson Ferry Road; thence northwardly along said centerline to
its intersection with the eastern prolongation of a line parallel
with and 100 feet north of the north line of Lot 7 of Lakeshire
No. 2 as recorded in Plat Book 36, page 66 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along said
parallel line to the east line of Lot 10 in Block "A" of aforesaid
Wolff Homesites No. 2; thence southwardly along the east line of
Lots 10 and 9 in said Block "A" to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1964.
