AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easement in the
City of Shrewsbury, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
according to the instrument recorded in Book 4955, page 518 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom those portions
coincident with those easements granted by instrument dated
October 1, 1963 and recorded in Plat Book 108, page 99 of the St.
Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 14, 1964.
