AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri (Bellefontaine Neighbors and Riverview).
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those portions of the sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
according to the instrument recorded in Book 4371, page 232 of the
St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom those portions
coincident with that easement granted by instrument dated April
20, 1964 and recorded in Book 5359, page 33 of the St. Louis
County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1964.
