AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 1105 providing a
loan and transfer of funds to the Mississippi River Subdistrict
and appropriating the transferred funds, and enacting a new
ordinance appropriating Sixty-one Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars
($61,900.00) from the revenue of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
for its operation and maintenance for the fiscal year ending June
30, 1964.
WHEREAS, the General Fund of the Mississippi River
Subdistrict is able to provide for the Subdistrict's operation and
maintenance for the remainder of the current fiscal year without
the loan provided by Ordinance No. 1105,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 1105, adopted December 19,
1963, is hereby repealed.
Section Two. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the General Fund of the Mississippi River Subdistrict
sums hereinafter detailed for the support, maintenance and
operation of the several departments, offices, etc., of the
Subdistrict for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 1963 and ending
June 30, 1964. The fund names and the appropriations hereby made
may be charged directly or through the General Fund of the
District. 1. Secretary-Treasurer A. Secretary-Treasurer's Office Personal Services $ 3,400.00

Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1964.
