AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 235 (Des Peres
Branch of Sugar Creek) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 235 (Des Peres Branch of Sugar Creek).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 235 (Des
Peres Branch of Sugar Creek) shall be as follows:

DES PERES BRANCH OF SUGAR CREEK
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Manchester Road with the northern prolongation of
the west line of Lot 1 of Greb's Subdivision, as described in Plat
Book 1, Page 140 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Lot 1 to the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 to the southeast
corner of said Lot 1; thence southeasterly along a line parallel
to the centerline of Manchester Road across Grupp Road to the west
line of Lot A of Diem's Subdivision, as described in Plat Book 1,
Page 110 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along
said west line of Lot A to its intersection with the western
prolongation of the north line of Lot 3 of Luella Place, as
described in Plat Book 20, Page 98 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said extension to the northwest
corner of said Lot 3; thence southwardly along the west line of
Lots 3 thru 11 in said Luella Place to the southwest corner of Lot
11 of said subdivision; thence eastwardly along the south line of
said Lot 11 and its extension eastwardly to the centerline of
Blase Avenue; thence southwardly along the centerline of Blase
Avenue to the western prolongation of the north line of property
now or formerly owned by Paul Ramlow as recorded in Bk. 3282, Pg.
25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said
prolongation and said north line to the west line of Manhattan
Heights Addition, as described in Plat Book 21, Page 7 of the St.

Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said west line to
the southwest corner of Lot 34 in Block 5 of the said subdivision;
thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 34 and its
extension eastwardly to the northeast corner of Lot 9 in Block 11
of said subdivision; thence southwardly along the east line of
Lots 9 thru 18 in said Block 11 to the south line of said sub-
division; thence eastwardly along said south line to the northern
extension of the west line of Marquette Park, as described in Plat
Book 68, Page 46 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of
said Marquette Park Subdivision and continuing along the west line
of Apple Valley, as described in Plat Book 98, Page 19 of the St.
Louis County Records, and its prolongation southwardly to the
northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Paul and
Nellie Zeiser, as described in Deed Book 2107, Page 383 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of
said Zeiser property to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 145 feet west of the centerline of Lindeman Road; thence
northwardly along said parallel line a distance of 335 feet to a
point; thence eastwardly along a line at right angles to said
parallel line a distance of 145 feet to the centerline of Lindeman
Road; thence northwardly along said centerline to the western
extension of the south line of Lot 29 in Lindgate Manor, as
described in Plat Book 95, Pages 98 and 99 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along the
south line of said Lot 29 to the southeast corner thereof; thence

northwardly along the east line of said Lot 29 to the northeast
corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along a straight line to
the northeast corner of Lot 28 in Lindgate Manor; thence
eastwardly along the northern line of said Lindgate Manor and
along the eastern prolongation of said north line to the
centerline of Lockett Road; thence southwardly along said
centerline of Lockett Road to the centerline of Lockett Lane;
thence westwardly along the centerline of Lockett Lane to its
intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the northwest
line of Lot 4 of Lockett Acres, as described in Plat Book 64, Page
12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along
said prolongation and along the northwest line of said Lot 4 to
the northeast corner of property now or formerly owned by E. J.
and E. F. Tellman, as described in Deed Book 2048, Page 77 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said east line
to a line 220.00 feet northwest of and parallel to the centerline
of Dougherty Ferry Road (40 feet wide), said 220 feet being
measured at right angles to said centerline; thence
southwestwardly along said parallel line across said Tellman
property to the northeast line of Francis Road; thence
southwestwardly along a straight line across said Francis Road to
the northernmost corner of Lot 4 of Klingert Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 91 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwestwardly along the northwest lines of Lots 4, 3 and
2 in said Klingert Subdivision to the northeast corner of Lot 1 in
said subdivision; thence westwardly along the north line of said

Lot 1 to the east line of Lot 7 in said Klingert Subdivision;
thence southwardly along the east line of said Lot 7 to the
southeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the south line
of said Lot 7, which is also the south line of White Oaks, as
recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 124 of the St. Louis County Records,
and continuing along the south line of said White Oaks to the
northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by R. G. Mc
Donnell as recorded in Deed Book 2077, Page 187 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said R.
G. Mc Donnell property to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 250 feet south of the south line of said White Oaks;
thence westwardly along said parallel line and its prolongation
westwardly to the centerline of Lindeman Road; thence southwardly
along said centerline of Lindeman Road, which is also the east
line of Section 3 in Township 44 North, Range 5 East, to the east
west centerline of the northeast quarter of said Section 3; thence
westwardly along said east west centerline to the centerline of
Dougherty Ferry Road; thence southwestwardly along the centerline
of Dougherty Ferry Road to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 700 feet east of the centerline of Des Peres Road; thence
northwardly along said parallel line to a point, said point being
900 feet south of the north line of property now or formerly owned
by Loehr Investment Inc., as described in Deed Book 4112, Page 268
of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along a
straight line to the point of intersection of the north line of
said Loehr property with the west right-of-way line for Interstate

Highway 244; thence westwardly along said north line of Loehr
property and its extension westwardly to the centerline of Des
Peres Road; thence northwardly along said centerline to the
eastern extension of the north line of property now or formerly
owned by Elmer & B. O. Pettus, as described in Deed Book 4971,
Page 350 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the north line of said Pettus property
to the east line of property now or formerly owned by Harold and
Katherine Dieckgraefe, as described in Deed Book 3578, Page 28 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said east
line to the northeast corner of said Dieckgraefe property; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to a point on the south line of
Section 33 T45N R5E, said point being 250 feet west of the
southeast corner of said Section 33; thence northwardly along a
line parallel with and 250 feet west of the east line of said
Section 33 to the south line of Lot 12 of Oge Subdivision, said
point being 318.98, more or less, north of the east west
centerline of said Section 33; thence northwestwardly along a
straight line to the northeast corner of property now or formerly
owned by Carl B. & D. Rufle, as recorded by Daily Number 133 on
September 28, 1959 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the north line of said Rufle property to a line
parallel with and 520 feet west of the centerline of Des Peres
Road, said line being also a part of the existing boundary line of
the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence northwardly
along said parallel line to the centerline of Manchester Road;

thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Manchester Road to
the centerline of said Interstate Highway 244; thence southwardly
along the centerline of said 244 to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 60 feet north of the south line of Lot 6 in
Hathaway City, said point also being 1401.78', more or less, north
of the east west centerline of Section 34, Township 45 North,
Range 5 East; thence eastwardly along said parallel line and its
prolongation eastwardly to the east line of Lot 4 in said Hathaway
City; thence northwardly along the east line of Lots 4, 3, 2 and 1
in said Hathaway City to a point 345.19 feet south of the
centerline of Manchester Road (60 feet wide); thence westwardly
along a line parallel with the south line of said Lot 1 a distance
of 300 feet to a point, which is also on the east line of Ida
Avenue as shown on the plat of Hathaway City; thence northwardly
along the east line of said Ida Avenue and its prolongation
northwardly to the centerline of said Manchester Road; thence
eastwardly along the centerline of Manchester Road, across Ballas
Road, to the point of beginning.
