HomeMy Public PortalAbout01174 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1174 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 241 (Spoede Road South) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 241 (Spoede Road South). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 241 (Spoede Road South) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) SPOEDE ROAD SOUTH Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerlines of Spoede Road with Ladue Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Spoede Road to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the south line of Lot 13 in Oak Park Estates as Recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the south line of said Lot 13 which is also the south line of property now or formerly owned by Harry F. & Anna C. Saller as recorded in Deed Book 3257, Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records, to the southwest corner of said Saller property; thence northwardly along the west line of said Saller property and continuing along the west line of property now or formerly owned by Fred G. and Vivian Waller as recorded in Deed Book 4140, Page 368 of the St. Louis County Records, to the northwest corner of said Waller property; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Waller property to the southwest corner of Lot 15 in said Oak Park Estates; thence northwardly along the west line of Lots 15 and 16 in said Oak Park Estates to the southeast corner of Lot 1 in Oak Park Estates Plat No. 3, as recorded in Plat Book 64, Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the south line of said Lot 1 and its prolongation westwardly to the centerline of Oak Park Court; thence northwardly along the centerline of Oak Park Court to the centerline of Ladue Road; thence eastwardly along the centerline of Ladue Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1964. -2-
