AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no need for such easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easement is hereby
vacated, to wit:
That portion of Ripa Avenue extending from the west
line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company Right of Way,
westwardly to the prolongation southwardly of the East line of
Perrin Avenue (formerly Eugenia Avenue), being also the easement
for sewer purposes reserved to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by the St. Louis County Council in the vacation of a
portion of Ripa Avenue by Decree dated June 28, 1961.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1964.
