AN ORDINANCE, appropriating the sum of Two Hundred
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) from the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund and transferring such sum to the Real
Property Purchase Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand
Dollars ($250,000.00) is appropriated and set apart out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund and is hereby
transferred to the Real Property Purchase Fund.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 24, 1964.
