AN ORDINANCE vacating temporary sewer easements in the
City of Florissant, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such temporary easements, and
this District has no further need for such temporary easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described temporary sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Those easements marked "Temporary Easement" and being
over parts of Lots 139 and 140 of Flamingo Park Plat 10, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 101, pages 92 and 93 of the St.
Louis County Records, which temporary easements are each 45 feet
wide and 60 feet long.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1964.
