AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easements in
the City of Ladue, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easements, and
this District has no further need for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
1. That portion of sewer easement ten (10) feet wide over
the north 5 feet of Lot 4 and the south 5 feet of Lot 5 of
Log Cabin Estates, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
97, page 43 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the eastern 10 feet thereof;
Being also the portion of sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
over the north 5 feet of Lot 4 and the south 5 feet of Lot 5
of the Amended Plat of Log Cabin Estates Subdivision,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 106,
pages 98 and 99 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom the eastern 10 feet thereof;
Being also the portion of sewer easement ten (10) feet wide
in Lots 4 and 5 of the Corrected Plat of the Amended Plat of
Log Cabin Estates Subdivision, according to the plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 107, pages 78 and 79 of
the St. Louis County Records, which easement is more particularly
described as beginning at a point on the eastern line of such
Subdivision 140.99 feet south of the northeast corner of said
Subdivision; thence westwardly to its intersection with Log
Cabin Court 35 feet wide; excepting therefrom, the eastern 10
feet thereof.
2. Those portions of that easement ten (10) feet wide shown
on the Amended Plat of Log Cabin Estates Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 106, pages 98 and 99 of the St. Louis
County Records, which easement is more particularly described
as beginning at a point on the east line of said subdivision
274 feet north of the southeast corner of said subdivision;
thence westwardly to its intersection with the north line of
Lot 4 of aforesaid subdivision; excepting therefrom the
eastern 10 feet thereof and those portions thereof coincident
with those easements in Lot 4 of the Corrected Plat of the
Amended Plat of Log Cabin Estates Subdivision, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 107, pages 78 and 79
of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 23, 1964.
