HomeMy Public PortalAbout01204AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1445 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1204 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 243 (Kroeger Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 243 (Kroeger Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 243 (Kroeger Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) 2 KROEGER DRIVE Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Florissant Road with the centerline of Stein Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of property now or formerly owned by Dennis M. Hogan as recorded in Deed Book 3860, page 509 and 510 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Hogan property, a distance of 220.00 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of said Hogan property a distance of 110.41 feet to the northwest corner thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of said property and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of said Stein Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road, a distance of 50 feet to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the east line of property now or formerly owned by Irene Pott; thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the east line of said Pott property a distance of 200 feet to the northeast corner of said Pott property; thence westwardly along the north line of said Pott property, a distance of 100 feet to the east line of property now or formerly owned by Joseph and Stella Davis as recorded in Deed Book 4900, page 280 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the east line of said Davis property, a distance of 75.10 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the north line of Davis property, a distance of 156.0 feet to the northwest corner 3 thereof; thence southwardly along the west line of said property and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of said Stein Road; thence westwardly along the centerline of said Stein Road to its intersection with the northern prolongation of the west line of Lot 91 of Ferguson Acres as recorded in Plat Book 23, page 16 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation and along the west line of said Lot 91 to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line of said Lot 91 to the northwest corner of Lot 72 in said subdivision; thence southwardly along the west line of Lot 72 and its prolongation southwardly to the centerline of Thatcher Avenue; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Thatcher Ave- nue to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 5 in said Ferguson Acres; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said Lot 5 to the southwest corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the south line of Lots 5 and 1 in said Ferguson Acres and continuing along the eastern prolongation of said south line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 150 feet east of the centerline of said Florissant Road; thence northwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 400 feet south of the south line of Northland Hills No. 4, Plat 5 as recorded in Plat Book 89, page 41 of the St. Louis County Records, said south line also being the north line of property now or formerly owned by O. E. Linsin Inc. as recorded in Deed Book 2914, page 582 of the St. Louis County Records; thence 4 eastwardly along the last described parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and 300 feet east of the centerline of said Florissant Road; thence northwardly along the last mentioned parallel line to the north line of said Linsin Inc. property; thence westwardly along the north line of said Linsin property to the northwest corner thereof; thence westwardly in a straight line to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1964.
