AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of St.
Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the City of St. Louis has by Ordinance No.
21999, vacated that portion of north-south alley between Keokuk
Street and the east-west alley in City Block 2578N reserving to
itself an easement for sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the District is successor to said City for
such sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of the property adjacent thereto has
requested this District to vacate such reserved easement and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That sewer easement over the former portion of north-
south alley lying between Keokuk Street and the east-west alley in
City Block 2578N of the City of St. Louis, Mo., as vacated by City
of St. Louis Ordinance No. 21999.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1964.
