AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) from the Real Property Purchase Fund to be
used for the purchase of realty for an office and yard of the West
Maintenance Division.
WHEREAS, the District has been authorized by ordinance
to purchase the North part of Lot 3 of Olivette Industrial Acres,
as more particularly described in such authorization,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Thirty-five Thousand Dollars
($35,000.00) hereby set apart out of the Real Property Purchase
Fund and appropriated for the purchase of realty for an office and
yard of the West Maintenance Division as authorized by ordinance.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 10, 1964.
