Home My Public Portal About01214 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1214 REPEALED BY NO. 1364 AN ORDINANCE, amending Ordinance No. 1044 adopted October 4, 1963, by repealing Section Two and enacting a new Section Two in lieu thereof providing a classification plan for the classification, coding, and grading of positions in the classified service. WHEREAS, the Civil Service Commission has recommended the adoption of additions to and revisions of the classification plan for employees in the classified service provided in Section Two of Ordinance No. 1044. THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Section Two of Ordinance No. 1044, as adopted October 4, 1963, is repealed and a new Section Two in lieu thereof is adopted, to read as follows: Section Two. Classification Plan.
