AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of sewer easement in the
City of Webster Groves, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of easement, and
has granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit;
That portion of the sewer easement fifteen (15) feet
wide granted to the City of Webster Groves by instrument recorded
in Book 754 page 479 of the St. Louis County Records, said portion
described as follows:
A strip of land 15 feet wide in Lot 3 of Dean's
Partition of the eastern part of Lot 50 of Webster Groves
Subdivision, per deed of partition recorded in Book 128, Page 275,
St. Louis County Recorder's Office, being the northwestern portion
of the 15 foot wide easement recorded in Book 754, Page 479, St.
Louis County Recorder's Office, the portion hereby vacated being
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwestern corner of the easement
established by said instrument recorded in Book 754, Page 479,
said northwestern corner being in the southern line of Foot Avenue
at distance north 82o 51' west, 211.2' along said street line from
its intersection with the western line of Rock Hill Road. Thence
southeastwardly along the southwestern line of said easement
123'+; thence south 66 degrees 00 east 24'+ to a point in the
northeastern line of said 15 foot wide easement; thence
northwestwardly along the northeastern line of said 15 foot wide
easement, 132'+ to its intersection with the southern line of Foot
Avenue; thence along the southern line of Foot Avenue, north 82
degrees 51' west a distance of 18.5'+ to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 18, 1964.
