AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject properties have
requested this District to vacate portions of certain easements in
St. Louis County, Missouri, and this District has no further need
for such portions of easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portions of easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
1. The southeastern 2-1/2 feet of a 7-1/2 foot
easement, over the northwestern 7-1/2 feet of Lot 227 of Gary
Gardens Addition No. 7, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 107,
page 32, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis
County, Missouri excepting therefrom the southwestern 25 feet
thereof.
2. The eastern 3 feet located between lines,
perpendicular to the original western lot line, located 33 feet
and 63 feet respectively along the said lot line from the
southerly line of Antigo Drive of a 5 foot easement over the
western five (5) feet of Lot 152 of Gary Gardens Addition No. 2, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 99, page 12, in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds for St. Louis County, Missouri.
3. That easement of varying width over the northwest
portion of Lot 155 of Gary Gardens Addition No. 2, a subdivision
of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 99, page 12, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds
for St. Louis County, Missouri, excepting therefrom the
southwestern ten (10) feet thereof. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1964.
