AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Sewer Maintenance Department for the purchase of material and
supplies.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars
($5,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Sewer Maintenance Department to be used
for material and supplies.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 12, 1964.
