AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
930, adopted March 7, 1963 and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 217 (Gardenville Trunk) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 930, adopted March 7, 1963,
is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 217 (Gardenville Trunk), as set forth in Section
Two thereof, the areas described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Heege Road with the centerline of Gravois
Road; thence southwardly along the centerline of Heege Road to its
intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast
line of Lot 1 in Block 1 of St. George's Heights Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 83 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and the southeast
line of lot 1 to the easternmost corner thereof; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of lot 1 and its
prolongation northwestwardly to the centerline of Gravois Road;
thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Gravois Road to the
point of beginning: Beginning at a point, said point being the
intersection of the southwestern prolongation of the southeast
line of lot 48 in Block 2 of McDermott and Haydens Hannover
Heights Addition as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 23 of the St.

Louis County Records with the southwest line of an alley 12 feet
wide, in said Block 2; thence northeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast line of said lot 48 to the
easternmost corner thereof; thence southwardly, along the
northeast line of lot 49, a distance of 15 feet to a point; thence
southwestwardly along a line 15 feet southwardly of, and parallel
to, the southeast line of lot 48 and the prolongation
southwestwardly of said parallel line to its intersection with the
southwest line of said alley; thence northwestwardly along the
southwest line of said alley to the point of beginning, for the
reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property would
not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 930 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:

centerline of Morganford Road with the centerline of Union Road;
thence northwestwardly along a straight line to the easternmost
corner of lot 60 in Creelman Hills No. 2 Subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 73, page 5 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of lots 60, 59, 58, 57,
56, 55 and 54 in said Creelman Hills No. 2 to the southernmost
corner of lot 1 in Creelman Hills No. 3 as recorded in Plat Book
77, page 28 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along the southeast line of lots 1 thru 4 in said
Creelman Hills No. 3 Subdivision to the easternmost corner of said
lot 4; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of lot 4
thru 8 in said subdivision to the northernmost corner of said lot
8; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of lots 8, 9
and 10 in said Creelman Hills No. 3 to the westernmost corner of
said lot 10; thence southeastwardly and southwestwardly along the
southwest and a northeast line of said lot 10 and continuing
southwestwardly along the northwest line of lot 11 in said
subdivision to the westernmost corner of said lot 11; thence
northwestwardly along the northwestern prolongation of the
southwest line of said lot 11 to the centerline of Kammerer
Avenue; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said
Kammerer Avenue to its intersection with the southeastern
prolongation of the northeast line of Bayless Hills Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 61, page 31 of the St. Louis County Records;

thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and along the
northeast line of said Bayless Hills and continuing along the
northwestern prolongation of said Northeast line to the centerline
of Hildesheim Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the centerline
of said Hildesheim Avenue to its intersection with the
southeastern prolongation of the southwest line of Dill's Heege
Heights as recorded in Plat Book 47, page 48 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and
along the southwest line of said Dill's Heege Heights and
continuing along the northwestern prolongation of said southwest
line to the centerline of Steffen Road; thence northeastwardly
along the centerline of said Steffen Road to its intersection with
the southeastern prolongation of the northeast line of Mount Sinai
Cemetery as recorded in Plat Book 29, page 25 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwestwardly along said prolongation and
along the northeast line of said Cemetery and continuing along the
northwestern prolongation of said northeast line to the centerline
of Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of
Gravois Road to its intersection with the centerline of Heege
Road; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of Heege Road to
its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast line of Lot 1 in Block 1 of St. George's Heights
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 12, page 83 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and
the southeast line of Lots 1, 2 and 3 in said Block 1 to the
easternmost corner of said Lot 3; thence northeastwardly along a

straight line to a point 195 feet southwest of the southwest line
of Seibert Avenue and 124.37 feet southeast of the southeast line
of Gravois Road; thence northeastwardly along a line parallel
with the southeast line of Gravois Road a distance of 55 feet to a
point; thence southeastwardly along a line parallel with the
southwest line of Seibert Avenue a distance of 15.67 feet to a
point; thence northeastwardly along a line parallel with the
southeast line of Gravois Road and its prolongation,
northeastwardly to the centerline of Seibert Avenue; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of said Seibert Avenue to the
centerline of an alley 10 feet wide, 200 feet, more or less,
southeast of the centerline of Gravois Road; thence
northeastwardly and southeastwardly along the centerline of said
alley to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of
the southeast line of Lot 9 in Block 1 of Fletcher Park as
recorded in Plat Book 10, page 30 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the
southeast line of said Lot 9 to the easternmost corner thereof;
thence northeastwardly in a straight line across Tiemann Avenue to
the westernmost corner of Lot 59 in Block 2 of said Fletcher Park;
thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 59 to
the southwest line of an alley 10 feet wide; thence
southeastwardly along the southwest line of said alley to its
intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast
line of Lot 19 in said Block 2; thence northeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast line of said Lot 19 to the

easternmost corner thereof; thence northeastwardly along a
straight line across Hummelsheim Avenue to the westernmost corner
of Lot 15 in Block 3 of said Fletcher Park; thence northeastwardly
along the northwest line of said Lot 15 to the southwest line of
an alley 20 feet wide; thence southeastwardly along the southwest
line of said alley to its intersection with the southwestern
prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 21 in Block 1 of
McDermott and Haydens Hannover Heights Addition as recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 23 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast
line of said Lot 21 to the easternmost corner thereof; thence
northeastwardly along a straight line across Heidelberg Avenue to
the westernmost corner of Lot 106 in Block 2 of said McDermott and
Haydens Hannover Heights Addition; thence northeastwardly along
the northwest line of said Lot 106 to the southwest line of an
alley 12 feet wide; thence southeastwardly along the southwest
line of said alley to its intersection with the southwestern
prolongation of a line 15 feet southwardly of and parallel to the
southeast line of Lot 48 in said Block 2; thence northeastwardly
along said prolongation and along said parallel line to its
intersection with the southwest line of Oldenburg Avenue; thence
northwestwardly along the southwest line of Oldenburg Avenue to
the easternmost corner of said Lot 48; thence northwardly along a
straight line across Oldenburg Avenue to the westernmost corner of
Lot 80 in Block 3 of said McDermott and Haydens Hannover Heights
Addition; thence northeastwardly along the northwest line of said

Lot 80 and said northwest line projected northeastwardly to the
centerline of an alley 12 feet wide, running between Hannover
Avenue and Oldenburg Avenue; thence southeastwardly along the
centerline of said alley to the centerline of Hildesheim Avenue;
thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Hildesheim
Avenue to the centerline of an alley 12 feet wide, running between
Hannover Avenue and Hamburg Avenue; thence southeastwardly along
the centerline of the last mentioned alley to the centerline of
Kammerer Avenue; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of
said Kammerer Avenue to its intersection with the northwestern
prolongation of the southwest line of Morganford Manor as recorded
in Plat Book 54, page 9 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southeastwardly along said prolongation, the southwest line of
said Morganford Manor and along the southeastern prolongation, of
said southwest line to the centerline of Morganford Road; thence
southwestwardly along the centerline of Morganford Road to its
intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest
line of the Amended Plat of Joyce Terrace as recorded in Plat Book
60, page 9 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly
along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said
Amended Joyce Terrace and said southwest line projected
southeastwardly to the centerline of Union Road; thence
southwestwardly and westwardly along the centerline of Union Road
to the point of beginning.
