AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 196 (Langley and
Pilot) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 196 (Langley and Pilot).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 196
(Langley and Pilot) shall be as follows:

LANGLEY AND PILOT
Beginning at the point of intersection of the centerline of
Wheeler Avenue (30 feet wide) with the centerline of Mathilda
Avenue (50 feet wide); thence southwardly along the centerline of
said Mathilda Avenue to its intersection with the eastern
prolongation of a line parallel with and 5 feet north of the north
line of Lot 1 in Block 5 of City View Subdivision as recorded in
Plat Book 17, page 85 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along said prolongation and along said parallel line to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 75 feet west of the
west line of said Mathilda Avenue; thence southwardly along the
last mentioned parallel line and along the southern prolongation
of said parallel line to the centerline of Maxwell Avenue (50 feet
wide); thence eastwardly along the centerline of said Maxwell
Avenue to its intersection with the southern prolongation of the
west line of Lot 1 in Block 3 of said City View Subdivision;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the west line
of Lots 1 thru 14 in said Block 3 to the northwest corner of said
Lot 14; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 14 to
the northeast corner thereof; thence eastwardly in a straight line
across Pilot Avenue (50 feet wide), to the southwest corner of Lot
22 in Block 2 of said City View Subdivision; thence eastwardly
along the south line of said Lot 22 to the southeast corner
thereof; thence northwardly along the east line of Lots 22 thru 25
in said Block 2 and continuing along the northern prolongation of
said east line to the centerline of Langley Avenue; thence
westwardly along

the centerline of said Langley Avenue to its intersection with the
northern prolongation of the east line of Lot 10 in Block 4 of
said City View Subdivision; thence southwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of Lots 10 thru 18 in said
Block 4 and continuing along the southern prolongation of said
east line to the centerline of Wheeler Avenue; thence eastwardly
along the centerline of Wheeler Avenue to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1964.
