AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Sewer Maintenance Department to be used for capital outlay for
the purchase of a float trailer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Dollars
($4,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus
of the General Fund to the Sewer Maintenance Department to be used
for capital outlay for the purchase of a float trailer.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1964.
