AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of Special
Adviser to the Executive Director on Stormwater in the
administrative unclassified service of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, and prescribing the duties and salary thereof,
effective after fifteen days.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service of the District, entitled Special Adviser to
the Executive Director on Stormwater, is hereby established.
Section Two. The Special Adviser to the Executive Director
on Stormwater shall be appointed by the Executive Director and he
shall advise the Executive Director in all matters pertaining to
stormwater projects and shall be responsible for all related
activities as assigned by the Executive Director.
Section Three. The compensation of the Special Adviser
to the Executive Director on Stormwater shall be $12,500.00 per
annum, payable in semi-monthly installments.
Section Four. This Ordinance shall take effect after
fifteen days. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1964.
