AN ORDINANCE appropriating $14,360.00 from the
Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used
for the relocation of the lower terminus of a public sub-trunk
sanitary sewer called the Maline Creek-Bissell Hills Sanitary
Sewer.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fourteen Thousand Three
Hundred Sixty Dollars ($14,360.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used
for emergency work for the relocation of the lower terminus of a
public sub-trunk sanitary sewer called the Maline Creek-Bissell
Hills Sanitary Sewer.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted November 12, 1964.
