AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest in
any sewer easement, sewer or appurtenance in the hereinafter
described property in City Block 4393 in the City of St. Louis,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate any such right, title or
interest, in any sewer easement, sewer or appurtenance in the
hereinafter described property, and the District is willing so to
do, and the District is being granted a satisfactory easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District's right, title or interest
in any sewer easement, sewer or appurtenance in the following
described property in City Block 4393 in the City of St. Louis is
hereby vacated to wit:
A tract of land being part of Lot 6 of the Subdivision,
in particular of Ann Biddles Estates, and in Block 4393 of the
City of St. Louis, more particularly described as: Commencing at
a point in the southeastern line of Euclid Avenue, 40 feet wide,
distant 453.03 feet, measured along the southeastern line of
Euclid Avenue from the northeastern line of said Lot 6, which is
also the southwestern line of the Subdivision entitled Euclid
Florissant Heights; thence southeasterly at right angles to Euclid
Avenue, a distance of 241.04 feet, to the point of beginning;
thence continuing at right angles to Euclid Avenue a distance of
211.56 feet to a point; thence at right angles to the
aforementioned line and parallel to Euclid Avenue, a distance of
251.58 feet, to a point in the southwestern line of the property
now or formerly of Hubbell Metals, Incorporated; thence
northwesterly along the southwestern line of the property of
Hubbell Metals, Incorporated, a distance of 211.51 feet to a
point; thence in a northeasterly direction and parallel to Euclid
Avenue, a distance of 249.43 feet, to the point of beginning, all
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1964.
