AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Six Hundred Dollars
($600.00) from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to
the Secretary-Treasurer's Department for operating expense in the
Collection Division.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Hundred Dollars ($600.00)
is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund to the Secretary-Treasurer's Department to be used
for operating expense in the Collection Division.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 10, 1964.
