AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 200 (Dillon and
Will) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 200 (Dillon and Will).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 200
(Dillon and Will) shall be as follows:

DILLON AND WILL
Beginning at a point, said point being the southernmost corner of
property now or formerly owned by Arnold Herbst and Lillian
Herbst, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 4261 on Page 71 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the
southeast line of said Herbst property and continuing along the
southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Gottlieb
Herbst and Mary Herbst, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1970 on
Page 517 of the St. Louis County Records, to the southernmost
corner of property now or formerly owned by Eldon L. Murry and
Esther C. Murry, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 2242 on Page
379 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly in a
straight line to the westernmost corner of property now or
formerly owned by Eliz. Carter et al. as recorded in Deed Book
4875, Page 94 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Carter property
to the southernmost corner of said Carter property; thence
northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Carter property
and its prolongation northeastwardly to the centerline of Will
Avenue, 30 feet wide; thence northwestwardly along the centerline
of said Will Avenue to its intersection with a line parallel with
and 150 feet southeast of the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Vernon L. and
Janet G. Franke as recorded in Deed Book 3762, Page 559 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said parallel

line and its extension northeastwardly to the southwest line of
Lot 12 in Cumberland Heights as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 4
and 5 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest lines of Lots 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7 and 6 in
said Cumberland Heights to the northernmost corner of property now
or formerly owned by Elmer J. Schmidt and Shirley E. Schmidt, his
wife, as recorded in Deed Book 3860, Page 507 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of
said Schmidt property and along the southwestern prolongation of
said northwest line to the centerline of Will Avenue, 30 feet
wide; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said Will
Avenue to its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of
the southeast line of Southern Aire Plat No. 1 Subdivision, as
recorded in Plat Book 88 on Page 2 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along
the southeast line of said Southern Aire Plat No. 1 Subdivision to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 223.42 feet
southwest of the centerline of said Will Avenue, 30 feet wide;
thence southeastwardly along said parallel line to the
northernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Corwin C.
Gardner, as recorded in Deed Book 2030 on Page 227 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the northwest
line of said Gardner property to the westernmost corner thereof;
thence southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Gardner
property to the southernmost corner of said Gardner property;
thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Gardner

property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly
along a line parallel with the centerline of Will Avenue and
223.42 feet southwest thereof to the northwest line of property
now or formerly owned by Otto Wilking and Anna Wilking, his wife,
as recorded in Deed Book 1668 on Page 147 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said
Wilking property to the westernmost corner thereof; thence
southeastwardly along the southwest line of said Wilking property
to its intersection with a line parallel with and 210 feet
northwest of the northwest line of Dillon Avenue, 50 feet wide;
thence southwestwardly along said parallel line to the southwest
line of property now or formerly owned by Tregoning E. Bricker and
Edith E. Bricker, his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 1982 on Page
523 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along
the southwest line of said Bricker property to the southernmost
corner thereof; thence southeastwardly in a straight line across
Dillon Avenue to the westernmost corner of aforesaid Arnold Herbst
and Lillian Herbst property; thence southeastwardly along the
southwest line of said Herbst property to the point of beginning.
