AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Equipment Depreciation Fund to be used by
the departments in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965, for
purchases of mechanical equipment as specifically authorized from
time to time by the Board of Trustees.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby set apart out of the Equipment Depreciation
Fund and is appropriated to the use of the various departments in
the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965, for purchases of mechanical
equipment as specifically authorized from time to time by the
Board.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 20, 1965.
