AN ORDINANCE, transferring $10,000.00 from the
Operating Funds of the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to the
Construction Fund of said subdistrict and appropriating the same
sum from said Construction Fund to be used for sewer construction
costs, including the connection of interceptor sewers to the trunk
sewer of said subdistrict.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby transferred from the Operating Fund of the
Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to the Construction Fund of the
Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
Section Two. The same sum of Ten Thousand Dollars
($10,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Construction Fund of
the Gravois Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for sewer
construction costs, including the connection of interceptor sewers
to the trunk sewer of the Subdistrict.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 20, 1965.
