HomeMy Public PortalAbout01270AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 1305 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1270 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 233 (Brown and Lindbergh Trunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 233. Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 233 (Brown and Lindbergh Trunk) shall be as follows: 2 BROWN AND LINDBERGH TRUNK Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline on Lindbergh Blvd. with the centerline of Brown Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Brown Road to its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Riegel Paper Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 4963, page 136 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of Riegel Paper Corporation property to its intersection with a line parallel with and 483.74 feet southwest of the centerline of said Brown Road, said line also being the southeastern prolongation of a line which is part of the existing boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District; thence northwestwardly along said parallel line and continuing along the boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to an angle point in said boundary line, said point being 1353.41 feet, more or less, northwest from Fee Fee Road; thence continuing in a northeastwardly direction along the boundary line of the Sewer District to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the centerline of Elmtree Lane; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the centerline of said Elmtree Lane to its intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet northwest of the Centerline of Fee Fee Road; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to its intersection with the southwest line of Survey No. 133 of the St. Ferdinand Commonfields; thence 3 southeastwardly along said survey line across Fee Fee Road to the southern most corner of property now or formerly owned by Wilson N. York as recorded in Deed Book 5072, page 157 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of York property and its prolongation northeastwardly to the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Drive; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of said Fee Fee Hills Drive to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the northwest line of the Re-subdivision of Part of Lot 1 of Airshire Acres as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 42 of the St Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northwest line of said Resubdivision to the northernmost corner of Lot 7 in said Re-subdivision of Part of Lot 1 os Airshire acres; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 7 and along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast line to the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd.; thence southwestwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of property now or formerly owned by the Kroger Company as recorded in Deed Book 3625, page 582 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest line of said Kroger property to the southernmost corner thereof; thence eastwardly along the southern line of said Kroger property to the northernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by the Georgia Pacific Company as recorded in Deed Book 4911, pages 321, 322 and 323 of the St. 4 Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of Georgia Pacific Company property the easternmost corner thereof; thence eastwardly in a straight line the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by Ran-Peg Realty Company as recorded in Deed Book 5149, page 537 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Ran-Peg property and continuing along the north line of property now or formerly owned by Fred W. and Dolores H. Toler as recorded in Deed Book 4974, page 42 of the St. Louis County Records, to the northeast corner of said Tolor property; thence eastwardly along a line parallel with the centerline of Frost Avenue to the western R.O.W. line of Coldwater Creek, 100 feet wide (Drainage District 2 A R.O.W.); thence southwardly and southwestwardly along the western and northwestern R.O.W. line of said Coldwater Creek to its intersection with a line parallel with and 500 feet south of the centerline of Frost Avenue; thence westwardly along said parallel line and along the western prolongation of said parallel line to the southeast line of a tract of loan as shown on the Survey of Part of Lot 25 of Hazelwood Farm Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 64 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Trace to its intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the northeast line of property now or formerly owned by General Motors Corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 3855, page 161 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along said 5 prolongation, across Byassee Drive, (50 feet wide), and along the northeast line of said General Motors Corporation property to the northernmost corner thereof, said point also being the easternmost corner of another tract of land now or formerly owned by the General Motors Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 2509, page 409 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of the last mentioned General Motors property a distance of 419.84 feet more or less to the northernmost corner of said property; thence northwardly in a straight line to the southernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Mesker Brothers Iron Company as recorded in Deed Book 2644, page 540 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Mesker Brother Iron Company property to its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the southeast line of property now or formerly owned by Glen L. Walter et al, as recorded in Deed Book 2953, page 497 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Walter property to the southernmost corner thereof; thence northwestwardly along the southwest line of said Walter property and its prolongation northwestwardly to the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence southwestwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to the centerline of Brown Road, the point of beginning. 6 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1965.
