O R D I N A N C E NO. 1272
AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in
St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 250
(Ford Lane Trunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 250 (Ford Lane Trunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 250
(Ford Lane Trunk) shall be as follows:

FORD LANE TRUNK
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Blvd. with the centerline of interstate
Route I-270; thence in a general westerly direction along the
centerline of said interstate Route I-270 to its intersection with
the western boundary line of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District; thence southeastwardly and southwestwardly along the
boundary line of the Sewer District to its intersection with the
northwestern prolongation of the centerline of Elmtree Lane;
thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the
centerline of said Elmtree Lane to its intersection with a line
parallel with and 200 feet northwest of the centerline of Fee Fee
Road; thence northeastwardly along said parallel line to its
intersection with the southwest line of Survey No. 133 of the St.
Ferdinand Commonfields; thence southeastwardly along said survey
line to the southernmost corner of property now or formerly owned
by Wilson N. York as recorded in Deed Book 5072, page 157 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along the
southeast line of said York property and its prolongation
northeastwardly to the centerline of Fee Fee Hills Drive; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of said Fee Fee Hills Drive
to its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
northwest line of the Re-subdivision of Part of Lot 1 of Airshire
Acres as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 42 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along

the northwest line of said Re-subdivision to the northernmost
corner of Lot 7 of said Re-subdivision; thence southeastwardly
along the northeast line of said Lot 7 and along the southeastern
prolongation of said northeast line to the centerline of Lindbergh
Blvd; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh
Blvd, to its intersection with the northwestern prolongation of
the southwest line of Ford Acres Amended Plat as recorded in Plat
Book 43, page 21 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the southwest
line of said Ford Acres Amended Plat and continuing along the
southwest line of Ford Acres Amended Plat No. 2 as recorded in
Plat Book 70, page 29 of the St. Louis County Records, to an angle
point in the southern line of Lot 3 in said Ford Acres Amended
Plat No. 2; thence northeastwardly along a part of the southern
line of said Lot 3 to the western R.O.W. line of Coldwater Creek,
100 feet wide, (Drainage District No. 2-A R.O.W.); thence
northwardly along the western R.O.W. line of said Coldwater Creek
to the northeast line of Lot 4 in said Ford Acres Amended Plat No.
2; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 4
to the northernmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along
the northwest line of said Lot 4 and along the southwestern
prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline of Ford
Lane; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Ford Lane to
its intersection with the southwestern prolongation of the
southeast line of Lot 30 in aforesaid Ford Acres Amended Plat;

thence northeastwardly along said prolongation and along the
southeast line of said Lot 30 to the northeast line of Ford Acres
Amended Plat; thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of
said Ford Acres Amended Plat and continuing along the northwestern
prolongation of said northeast line to the centerline of Lindbergh
Blvd; thence northwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd.
to the point of beginning.
