AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 252 (Utz Lane
Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict No. 252 (Utz Lane Lateral).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 252
(Utz Lane Lateral) shall be as follows:

UTZ LANE LATERAL
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Lindbergh Blvd. with the southeastern prolongation
of the northeast line of property now or formerly owned by Dutee
L. Smith and Geraldine M. Smith, his wife as recorded in Deed Book
4809, page 239 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly along said prolongation and along the northeast
line of said Smith property to the northernmost corner thereof;
thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Smith
property to the northeast line of Airshire Acres Addition as
recorded in Plat Book 38, page 71 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Airshire
Acres Addition and continuing along the northeast line of Kenwood
Terrace as recorded in Plat Book 58, page 5 of the St. Louis
County Records, to the southern Right-of-Way line of Interstate
Highway I-270; thence westwardly along said southern R.O.W. line
to the northwest line of aforesaid Kenwood Terrace; thence
southwestwardly along said northwest line of Kenwood Terrace to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 220 feet northeast
of the centerline of Utz Lane; thence northwestwardly along said
parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel with and
177 feet northwest of the northwest line of property now or
formerly owned by Frank H. McInturff and Lorraine E. McInturff,
his wife, as recorded in Deed Book 4595, page 62 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence southwestwardly along the last described

parallel line and continuing along the southwestern prolongation
of said parallel line to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 220 feet southwest of the centerline of said Utz Lane;
thence southeastwardly along the last described parallel line to
the northwest line of Chasda Acres as recorded in Plat Book 65,
page 19 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly,
southeastwardly and northeastwardly along the northwest, southwest
and southeast lines of said Chasda Acres to said southeast line's
intersection with a line parallel with and 220 feet southwest of
the centerline of said Utz Lane; thence southeastwardly along said
parallel line to the northwest line of Lot 17 in Airshire Acres as
recorded in Plat Book 40, page 46 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 17 to
the northernmost corner of Lot 11 in Hazel View Court as recorded
in Plat Book 98, page 71 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southeastwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 11 and
continuing along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast
line to the centerline of Hazel View Court (50 feet wide); thence
northeastwardly along said centerline to its intersection with the
northwestern prolongation of the southwest line of Lot 1 in said
Hazel View Court; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation
and along the southwest line of said Lot 1 to the southernmost
corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along a line parallel with
the centerline of said Utz Lane to the southeast line of said Lot
14 in said Airshire Acres; thence southwestwardly along the

southeast and its southwestern prolongation to the centerline of
Fee Fee Road; thence northwestwardly and southwestwardly along
said centerline of Fee Fee Road to its intersection with the
southwest line of Survey No. 133 of the St. Ferdinand
Commonfields; thence southeastwardly along said Survey line to the
southernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by Wilson N.
York, as recorded in Deed Book 5072, page 157 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northeastwardly along the southeast line of
said York property and its prolongation northeastwardly to the
centerline of Fee Fee Hills Drive; thence southeastwardly along
the centerline of said Fee Fee Hills Drive to its intersection
with the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of
Hazelwood Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 51, page 52 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast line of said Hazelwood
Gardens to its intersection with a line parallel with and 220 feet
southwest of the centerline of said Utz Lane; thence
southeastwardly along said parallel line to the northwest line of
Lot 2 in aforesaid Airshire Acres; thence southwestwardly along
the northwest line of said Lot 2 to the northeast line of Fee Fee
Hills Drive; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of
Fee Fee Hills Drive to the southeast line of said Lot 2; thence
northeastwardly along the southeast line of said Lot 2 to the
northernmost corner of Lot 7 in the Re-subdivision of Part of Lot
1 of Airshire Acres as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 42 of the

St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the
northeast line of said Lot 7 and its prolongation southeastwardly
to the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd.; thence northeastwardly along
the centerline of Lindbergh Blvd. to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1965.
