AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No. 662,
as amended by Ordinance No. 1146 and Ordinance No. 1219, and
revising the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 167 (Ballas Road
Lateral) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 662, adopted December 7,
1961, and amended April 23, 1964 by Ordinance No. 1146, and October
12, 1964 by Ordinance No. 1219, is hereby amended by eliminating
from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 167 (Ballas Road Lateral),
as set forth in Section Two thereof, the area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Ballas Road (60 feet wide) with the eastern
prolongation of the northern line of Bali Hai Estates as recorded
in Plat Book 105, page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
southwardly along the centerline of said Ballas Road to its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the southern line of
lot 19 in said Bali Hai Estates; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the southern line of said lot 19 to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet west of the
west line of said Ballas Road (60 feet wide); thence northwardly
along said parallel line to the northern line of said Bali Hai
Estates; thence eastwardly along said northern line and its
prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of Ballas Road, the point

of beginning, for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that
such property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer
facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 662 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 167
(Ballas Road Lateral) shall be as follows:

BALLAS ROAD LATERAL
Beginning at a point 720 feet west of the west line of Ballas Road,
and 1,583 feet south of the eastern prolongation of the south line
of Clayton Hills Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 46 on Page 32
of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along a straight
line to the southwestern corner of a tract of land described in a
deed to John H. Duetchman, Sr. as recorded in Book 2644 on Page 377
of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along the
western line of the aforesaid tract to the northern line thereof;
thence eastwardly along the northern line of aforesaid tract and
along the eastern prolongation of the northern line to the
intersection with the southerly prolongation of the western line of
a tract of land described in a deed to James and E. Combs, as
recorded in Book 4144 on Page 40 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along said prolongation and along the western
line of said Combs Tract to the northern line of the aforesaid
tract; thence eastwardly along the northern line of aforesaid tract
to the northeastern corner thereof, said corner being on the
western line of a tract of land described in a deed to Ralph R. and
Agnes Conroy as recorded in Book 3232 on Page 102 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence northwardly along the western line of the
aforesaid tract to the northwestern corner thereof, said corner

being on the southern line of Bali Hai Estates as recorded in Plat
Book 105 on Page 29 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the southern line of said Bali Hai Estates and its
Prolongation eastwardly to the centerline of Ballas Road, 60 feet
wide; thence northwardly along the centerline of said Ballas Road
to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the southern
line of Ballas Hills Ranch Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 68
on Page 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
said prolongation and along the southern line of the aforesaid
subdivision to the southeast corner of Lot 4 in said subdivision;
thence northwardly along the east line of said Lot 4 and along the
northern prolongation of said east line across Ranch Lane and con-
tinuing along the east line of Lot 6 in said subdivision to the
north line of said Ballas Hills Ranch Subdivision; thence
westwardly along said north line to the southeast corner of said
Clayton Hills Subdivision; thence westwardly along the southern
line of said subdivision to the western line of said Clayton Hills
Subdivision; thence northwardly along said western line of Clayton
Hills Subdivision and said line produced northwardly to the
centerline of Clayton Road, 60 feet w|de; thence northeastwardly
along the centerline of Clayton Road, to the intersection with the
northerly prolongation of the western line of Long Meadows
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 51, on Page 14 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along said prolongation

and along the western line of Long Meadows Subdivision to the
southwesterly corner of said subdivision, said corner also being
the northwesterly corner of Long Meadows Subdivision Plat No. 2 as
recorded in Plat Book 55 on Page 7 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence continuing southwardly along the western line of the last
aforesaid subdivision, to its southern line; thence eastwardly
along the southern line of Long Meadows Subdivision Plat No. 2 to
the eastern line thereof; thence northwardly along the eastern line
of the last aforesaid subdivision to a point, said point being the
northwesterly corner of a tract of land described in deed to David
L. Berry, as recorded in Book 3155 on Page 28 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along the northern line of said
tract to the eastern line thereof, said line also being the western
line of Clayton Acres Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 42 on
Page 1 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the western line of Clayton Acres Subdivision to the northern line
of Lot 12 in said Clayton Acres Subdivision; thence eastwardly
along the northern line of said Lot 12 to the western line of
Ballas Road, 60 feet wide; thence continuing in an easterly
direction to the point of intersection of the centerline of Ballas
Road and the northwestwardly prolongation of the centerline of West
Point Lane as shown on the record plat of West Point Lane
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 63 on Page 17 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence in a, generally eastwardly direction along

the centerline of West Point Lane to its intersection with the
northwardly prolongation of the eastern line of Lot 10 of said West
Point Lane Subdivision; thence southwardly along said prolongation
and along the eastern line of said Lot 10 to the southeast corner
of Lot 10 said point also being a point on the northern line of
Crystal View Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 48 on Page 21 of
the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the northern
line of said subdivision to the northeast corner of Lot 3 in said
Crystal View Subdivision; thence southwardly along the eastern line
of Lot 3 and its southwardly prolongation thereof across Crystal
View Lane, 50 feet wide, to the northeastern corner of Lot 8 of the
aforesaid subdivision; thence southwardly along the eastern line of
Lot 8 to the southeastern corner thereof, said corner being the
southern line of Crystal View Subdivision; thence westwardly along
the southern line of Crystal View Subdivision to the eastern line
of Lot 10 thereof; thence southwardly along a straight line to the
northeastern corner of a tract of land described in a deed to
Michael J. Reizer as recorded in Book 3109 on Page 524 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line of
said Relzer property and along the western prolongation of said
north line to the centerline of Ballas Road; thence southwardly
along the centerline of said Ballas Road to its intersection with
the western prolongation of the south line of a tract of land
described in a deed to John A. and Eugenia G. Jung in Book 946 on

Page 611, of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along
said prolongation and along the south line of said Jung property to
a point 255 feet eastwardly of the eastern line of Ballas Road, 60
feet wide; thence southwardly along a line parallel with the
eastern line of Ballas Road and 255 feet therefrom to the
westwardly prolongation of the northern line of Marflo Acres
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 43 on Page 60 of the St. Louis
County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation to the
northwest corner of said Subdivision; thence southwardly along the
west line of said Marflo Acres Subdivision and along the southern
prolongation of said west line to the north line of property now or
formerly owned by Albert B. and Olivette K. Leritz as recorded in
Deed Book 2782, page 480 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said Leritz property to the
western line of a tract of land described in a deed to Barney C.
and Adelia Eckelmann as recorded in Book 1756 on Page 6 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the western line of
the aforesaid tract of land to the southwestern corner thereof,
said southwestern corner being on the northern line of a tract of
land described in a deed to L. C. Kraeuchi as recorded in Book 2996
on Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along
said northern line a distance of 150 feet; thence southwardly and
parallel with the eastern line of Ballas Road, 60 feet' wide, to

the southern line of the aforesaid tract of land; thence westwardly
along the southern line thereof to a point 200 feet eastwardly of
the east line of Ballas Road, 60 feet wide; thence southwardly
along a line parallel with the eastern line of said Ballas Road and
200 feet therefrom to the southern line of a tract of land
described in a deed to J. W. Litzinger as recorded in Book 2087 on
Page 584 of the St. Louis County Records; thence westwardly along
the southern line of said tract and along the westwardly
prolongation thereof to the centerline of Ballas Road, 60 feet
wide; thence southwardly along the centerline of Ballas Road to its
intersection with the eastwardly prolongation of the southern line
of a tract of land described in a deed to George A. Rekart as
recorded in Book 1840 on Page 162 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence westwardly along said prolongation and along the southern
line of Rekart property to the southwestern corner of said tract,
said corner also being the southwestern corner of a tract of land
described in a deed to R.M.R. Halm as recorded in Book 2164 on Page
226 of the St. Louis County Records; thence continuing westwardly
along the southern line
of said tract to a point 720 feet westwardly of the west line of
Ballas Road; thence northwardly along a line 720 feet westwardly of
the western line of Ballas Road and parallel thereto to the point
of beginning.
