AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
898, as amended by Ordinance No. 1222, and revising the boundaries
of Subdistrict No. 210 (Shiloh and Whitehaven) of The Metropolitan
St Louis Sewer District.
Section One. Ordinance No. 898, adopted January 7,
1963, and amended October 12, 1964 by Ordinance No 1222, is hereby
amended by eliminating from the boundaries of Subdistrict No. 210
(Shiloh and Whitehaven), as set forth in Section Two thereof, the
area described as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Raleigh Drive (formerly Ulysses Drive) with
the southwestern prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 5 in
Forest Haven as recorded in Plat Book 37, pages 38 and 39 of the
St. Louis County Records; thence northeastwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast line of said Lot 5 and
continuing along the northeastern prolongation of said southeast
line to the centerline of Rock Hill Road; thence northwestwardly
along the centerline of Rock Hill Road to its intersection with
the northeastern prolongation of the northwest line of said Lot 5
in Forest Haven; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation,
the northwest line of said Lot 5 and the southwestern prolongation
of said northwest line to the centerline of Raleigh Drive; thence
southeastwardly along the center line of Raleigh Drive to the
point of beginning.
for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that such property

would not be benefited by the proposed sewer facilities to be
constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance No. 898 as
hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 210
(Shiloh and Whitehaven) shall be as follows:

SHILOH AND WHITEHAVEN
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the
centerline of Laclede Station Road with the centerline of Rock
Hill Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of said
Rock Hill Road to its intersection with the northeastern
prolongation of the northwest line of Lot 4 in Forest Haven as
recorded in Plat Book 37, pages 38 and 39 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence southwestwardly along said prolongation and along
the northwest line of said Lot 4 and continuing along the
southwestern prolongation of said northwest line to the centerline
of Ulysses Dr.; thence southeastwardly along said centerline to
its intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the
northwest line of Lot 85 in said Forest Haven; thence
southwestwardly along said prolongation and continuing along the
northwest line of Lots 85 thru 89 in said subdivision to the
westernmost corner of said Lot 89; thence southeastwardly along
the southwest line of said Lot 89 and the southeastern
prolongation of said southwest line to the centerline of Navarre
Circle (formerly Lincoln Circle); thence southwestwardly along
said centerline to the centerline of Shiloh Lane; thence
southeastwardly along the centerline of Shiloh Lane to its
intersection with the northeastern prolongation of the southeast
line of Lot 62 in said Forest Haven; thence southwestwardly along
said prolongation and along the southeast line of said Lot 62 to

the southernmost corner of said Lot 62; thence northwestwardly
along the southwest line of said Lot 62 to the northernmost corner
of Lot 56 in said Forest Haven: thence southwestwardly along the
northwest line of said Lot 56 to the westernmost corner thereof;
thence southwestwardly along a straight line across Whitehaven Dr.
to the northernmost corner of Lot 39 in said Forest Haven; thence
southwestwardly along the northwest line of said Lot 39 to the
westernmost corner thereof; thence southeastwardly along the
southwest line of Lots 39 thru 45 in said subdivision to the
southwest corner of said Lot 45; thence eastwardly along the south
line of Lots 45 thru 48 in said Forest Haven and continuing along
the eastern prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Laclede Station Road; thence northwardly along the centerline of
said Laclede Station Road to the point of beginning. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1965.
