AN ORDINANCE, transferring $40,000 from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Real Property
Fund and appropriating the same sum from the Real Property
Purchase Fund to be used for improvements of the Sulphur Avenue
and Hampton Avenue properties.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000) is hereby transferred from the unappropriated surplus of
the General Fund to the Real Property Purchase Fund.
Section Two. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000) is hereby set apart and appropriated out of the Real
Property Fund to be used to build an addition to a storage shed on
the Sulphur Avenue property used for Maintenance Headquarters, for
minor remodeling of the basement storage space at the Hampton
Avenue office building, and for architect fees and other expenses
incidental thereto.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1965.
