AN ORDINANCE, making supplementary appropriations
aggregating $40,000.00 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965,
to the Executive Director's Office and to the Sewer Maintenance
Department for their support as detailed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000.00) is hereby set apart and appropriated out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Executive
Director's Office and to the Sewer Maintenance Department for use
in the fiscal year ending June 30, 1965, in the amounts and for
the purposes which follow.
To the Executive Director's Office For Personal Services $ 2,000.00 For Contractual Services 18,000.00 Total $ 20,000.00 To the Sewer Maintenance Department For Reimbursable Maintenance Account $ 9,000.00 For Material & Supplies 5,000.00 For Capital Outlay 6,000,00 Total $ 20,000.00 Total Appropriated $ 40,000.00
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1965.
