AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of sewer easement in
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of the easement granted by instrument
recorded in Book 3847 page 402 of the St. Louis County Records and
lying in Lot 8, Carondelet Commons, T44N, R6E, St. Louis County,
Missouri, which portion is bounded as follows:
Beginning at the eastern corner of said easement, which
is also the eastern corner of aforesaid Lot 8; thence
southwestwardly, along the southeastern line of said easement and
also being the southeastern line of said Lot 8, a distance of
35.00 feet to a point; thence northwestwardly, along a southwest
line of aforesaid easement, a distance of 66.71 feet to an angle
point; thence eastwardly, in a straight line, to its intersection
with the northeast line of aforesaid Lot 8 and also of aforesaid
easement at a point 20 feet northwest of the aforesaid eastern
corner of said Lot 8 and easement, measured along said northeast
line thereof, thence southeast, along said northeast line, to the
point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1965
