AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no objection to doing so,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of the
sewer easement 10 feet wide over the west 10 feet of Lot 20 of
Graham Lane Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 51
page 18 of the St. Louis County Records, is hereby vacated, to
wit:
A triangular portion of such easement, the boundary of which
portion is described as beginning at a point in the eastern line
of aforesaid easement, such point of beginning being 52 feet north
of the south line of aforesaid Lot 20, measured along aforesaid
eastern line of easement; thence northwestwardly, in a straight
line, to its point of intersection with a line perpendicular to
aforesaid eastern line of easement at a point on said eastern line
2 feet north of the point of beginning, measured along said
eastern line, said point of intersection with said perpendicular
being at a distance of 3.0 feet west of said eastern line of
easement, measured along said perpendicular; thence
northeastwardly, in a straight line, to its point of intersection

with aforesaid eastern line of easement, at a point thereon which
is 27 feet north of aforesaid point of beginning, measured along
said eastern line of easement; thence southward, along said
eastern line of easement, 27 feet to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1965.
