O R D I N A N C E NO. 1291
AN ORDINANCE, amending Section Two of Ordinance No.
511, adopted February 23, 1961, and revising the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 127 (Forest Drive Lateral) of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Ordinance No. 511, adopted February 23,
1961, is hereby amended by eliminating from the boundaries of
Subdistrict No. 127 (Forest Drive Lateral), as set forth in
Section Two thereof, an area described as follows:
Beginning at a point said point being the southwest corner of Lot
25 of Oakhurst First Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 22 page
24 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly and
northwestwardly along the western lines of Lots 25, 26, 27, and 28
in said Oakhurst First Subdivision to the northwest corner of said
Lot 28; thence northeastwardly along the northern line of said Lot
28 and its prolongation, northeastwardly to the centerline of
Shady Drive; thence southwardly along the centerline of said Shady
Drive to its intersection with the eastern prolongation of the
south line of aforesaid Lot 25; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along the south line of said Lot 25 to the point
of beginning, for the reason that the Board of Trustees finds that
such property would not be benefited by the proposed sewer

facilities to be constructed in such subdistrict.
Section Two. Section Two of said Ordinance
No. 511 as hereby amended, shall read as follows:
"Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 127
shall be as follows:

FOREST DRIVE LATERAL
Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of Lot
2 of Ramona Forest Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 19 on
page 12 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the east line of said Lot 2 to the northeast corner of said Lot 2;
thence westwardly along the north line of said Lot 2 for a
distance of 60.25 feet to a point; thence northwardly in a
straight line to a point in the south line of Forest Drive, said
point being 69.84 feet west of the northeast corner of Lot 3 of
said Ramona Forest Subdivision as measured along said south line
of Forest Drive; thence northwestwardly across said Forest Drive
to a point on the north line of said Forest Drive, said point
being 50 feet west of the southeast corner of Lot 32 of said
Ramona Forest Subdivision as measured along said northern line of
Forest Drive; thence northwardly in a straight line to a point on
the northern line of said Lot 32, said point being 88.46 feet west
of the northwest corner of said Lot 32, as measured along said
north line; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Lot 32
to the northeast corner of said Lot; thence southwardly along the
east line of said Lot 32 to the southwest corner of Lot 25 of
Oakhurst First Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 22 on page 24
of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the
southern line of said Lot 25 and along the eastern prolongation of
said south line to the centerline of Shady Drive; thence

northwardly along said centerline of Shady Drive to its
intersection with the western prolongation of the southern line of
Lot 20 of the Second Resubdivision of part of Oakhurst First
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 61 on page 39 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation
and along the southern line of said Lot 20 and continuing along
the eastern prolongation of said southern line to the western line
of Lot 6 of Kyle Court Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 74 on
page 35 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along
the western line of said Lot 6 to the northwest corner of said Lot
6; thence eastwardly along the northern line of Lots 6 and 7 of
said Kyle Court Subdivision to said northern lines intersection
with a line parallel with and 200 feet southwest of the southwest
line of Forest Drive; thence northwestwardly, northwardly,
northeastwardly and eastwardly along said parallel line to the
west line of Lot 2 of a Resubdivision of Lot 23 and part of Lots
24, 25, 26 28, 29 and 30 of Ramona Forest, as recorded in Plat
Book 52 on pages 32 and 33 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the west line of Lots 2 and 1 of said
Resubdivision of Ramona Forest to the northwest corner of said Lot
1; thence eastwardly along the northern line of said Lot 1 to the
southwest corner of Lot 3 of Hern Place Subdivision, as recorded
in Plat Book 56 on Page 49 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwardly along the western line of Lots 3, 2 and 1 of said Hern
Place and continuing along the northern prolongation of said west

line to the centerline of Forsee Drive; thence eastwardly along
said centerline of Forsee Drive to the centerline of Hern Drive;
thence southwardly along said centerline of Hern Drive to the
centerline of Forest Drive; thence westwardly and northwestwardly
along said centerline of Forest Drive to its intersection with the
northeastern prolongation of the southeast line of Lot 17 of said
Ramona Forest Subdivision; thence southwestwardly along said
prolongation and along the southeast lines of Lots 17 and 20 of
said Ramona Forest Subdivision and continuing along the
southwestern prolongation of said southeast line of said Lot 20 to
the centerline of Forest Drive; thence southwardly and
southwestwardly along said centerline of Forest Drive to its
intersection with a line perpendicular to said centerline, said
perpendicular line crossing the southeast line of Forest Drive 50
feet southwest of the southern line of Oak Drive as measured along
said southeast line of Forest Drive; thence southeastwardly along
said perpendicular line to its intersection with a line parallel
with and 150 feet southeast of the southeast line of said Forest
Drive; thence southwestwardly along said parallel line to the east
line of Lot 8 of said Ramona Forest Subdivision; thence
southwestwardly in a straight line to the southeast corner of Lot
7 of said Ramona Forest Subdivision, thence westwardly along the
southern line of Lots 7 and 4 of said Subdivision to the point of
beginning.
