AN ORDINANCE confirming a contract with J. E. Novack
Const. Co., for the erection of office partitions at 2000 Hampton
Avenue, in the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. E. Novack Const. Co., as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the erection of office partitions at 2000
Hampton Avenue for The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of February,
1965 and formally executed on the 8th day of March, 1965 by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1965.
