AN ORDINANCE, appropriating $6,000.00 from the
Operating Funds of the Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used
for relocating approximately 600 lineal feet of the channel of
Maline Creek.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Six Thousand Dollars
($6,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operating Funds of the
Maline Creek Trunk Subdistrict to be used for relocating
approximately 600 lineal feet of the channel of Maline Creek
adjacent to Northfield Gardens Plat No. 2 Subdivision.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1965.
