AN ORDINANCE, appropriating $8,133.58 from the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Engineering
Department for contractual services to be used for payment of the
District's share of aerial mapping of St. Louis County.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Eight Thousand One Hundred
Thirty-three Dollars and 58 cents ($8,133.58) is hereby
appropriated from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
to the Engineering Department for contractual services to be used
for payment of the District's share of aerial mapping of St. Louis
County.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1965.
