AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Watkins Creek Trunk Subdistrict
of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of
the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Watkins Creek Trunk Subdistrict.
Section Two. The boundaries of Watkins Creek Trunk
Subdistrict shall be as follows:
Beginning at a point, said point being the easternmost corner
of Lot 2 in Belgrove Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 62,
page 25 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northwestwardly, southwestwardly and northwestwardly along
the northeast, northwest and northeast lines of said Lot 2 to
the easternmost corner of Lot 1 in said Subdivision; thence
northwestwardly along the northeast line of said Lot 1 and
along the northwestern prolongation of said northeast line to
the centerline of Belgrove Drive; thence southwestwardly
along said centerline to its intersection with the southern
prolongation of the east line of Bellefontaine Methodist
Church Property, as recorded in Deed Book 2146, page 455 of

the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said
prolongation and along the east line of said Church property
to the northeast corner thereof; thence westwardly along the
north line of said Bellefontaine Methodist Church Property
and along the western prolongation of said north line to the
centerline of Bellefontaine Road; thence northwardly along
the centerline of said Bellefontaine Road to its intersection
with the eastern prolongation of a line parallel with and 800
feet north of the north line of Bissell Hills Plat No. 11
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 60 on page 30 of the
St. Louis County Records, said 800 feet being measured at
right angles to said north line; thence westwardly along said
prolongation and along said parallel line a distance of 1000
feet to a point, said 1000 feet being measured from the
centerline of Bellefontaine Road; thence northwardly along a
line at right angles to said parallel lines, to the
centerline of Missouri Interstate Highway 270; thence
westwardly along the centerline of said Highway I-270 to its
intersection with the east line of Section 32, Township 47
North, Range 7 East; thence northwardly along the east line
of said Section 32 to the north line of a private road (50
feet wide), said north line being 1,037.73 feet south of the
north line of aforesaid Section 32, measured along the east
line of said Section 32, said private road also bordering on
the south line of property now or formerly owned by Victor C.

Harvey as recorded in Deed Book 2723, page 195 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence westwardly along the north line
of said private road to the southwest corner of said Harvey
property; thence northwestwardly along a straight line to the
southeast corner of Lot 17 in Redman Acres as recorded in
Plat Book 38, page 93 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
westwardly along the south line of said Lot 17 and along the
western prolongation of said south line to the centerline of
Jerries Lane; thence northwardly along the centerline of said
Jerries Lane and continuing along the northern prolongation
of said centerline of Jerries Lane to a point 1000 feet north
of the centerline of Redman Road, said 1000 feet being
measured along said centerline projection; thence
northwestwardly along a straight line to a point on the south
line of property now or formerly owned by Omer Remmert, et
al, as recorded in Deed Book 4519, page 267 of the St. Louis
County Records, said point being 600 feet east of the
easterly line of U. S. Survey No. 2962; thence westwardly
along the southern line of said Remmert property and the
western prolongation of said south line to the easterly line
of said U. S. Survey No. 2962; thence northwardly along the
east line of said survey to the southeast corner of property
now or formerly owned by Lester F. Niehaus as recorded in
Deed Book 3547, page 200 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along the eastern line of said Niehaus

property a distance 150 feet to a point; thence westwardly
along a line at right angles to said east line of Niehaus
property to the western line of said Niehaus property; thence
northwardly along the western line of said Niehaus property
and continuing along the western line of property now or
formerly owned by Edward E. and Emma M. Oehlert as recorded
in Deed Book 3501, page 563 of the St. Louis County Records,
to the northwestern corner of said Oehlert property; thence
eastwardly along the north line of said property and
continuing along the eastern prolongation of said north line
to the centerline of Uthe Road; thence northwardly along the
centerline of Uthe Road to the centerline of Parker Road;
thence northeastwardly along the centerline of said Parker
Road to its intersection with the southern prolongation of
the east line of Lot 1 in Parker Estates Plat #1 as recorded
in Plat Book 99, page 18 of the St. Louis County Records;
thence northwardly along said prolongation, the east line of
said Lot 1 and the northern prolongation of said east line to
its intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet north
of the north line of said Parker Road; thence northeastwardly
and eastwardly along said parallel line which is also a part
of the original boundary line of the Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District to the western line of Mignon Meadows Plat One
as recorded in Plat Book 77, page 25 of the St.Louis County
Records; thence southwardly along the western line of Mignon

Meadows Plat One and continuing along the southern
prolongation of said west line to the centerline of said
Parker Road; thence southeastwardly along the centerline of
said Parker Road to a point, said point being 900 feet west
of the centerline of U. S. Highway 67 as measured along the
centerline of Parker Road; thence northwardly along a line at
right angles to the centerline of Parker Road to its
intersection with a line parallel with and 200 feet north of
the north line of said Parker Road; thence eastwardly along
said parallel line, which is also a part of the original
boundary line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
to the centerline of Poggemoeller Lane; thence southwardly
along the centerline of said Poggemoeller Lane to the
centerline of Parker Road; thence eastwardly along the
centerline of Parker Road and its prolongation eastwardly to
the east line of Bellefontaine Road; thence northwardly along
the east line of said Bellefontaine Road to the southerly
line of a Lot owned by the Spanish Lake Community Volunteer
Fire Organization, said point also being a point on the
original boundary line of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District; thence continuing in a general easterly and
southerly direction along the existing boundary line of the
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to the centerline of
Columbia Bottom Road; thence southwardly along the centerline
of said Columbia Bottom Road to its intersection with the

Corporate Limits of the City of St. Louis; thence westwardly
and southwardly along said City Limits line to its
intersection with the eastern prolongation of the north line
of Block 28 of Glasgow Village Unit No. 13 as recorded in

thence westwardly and southwardly along said prolongation and
the north and west lines of said Block 28 and continuing

intersection with the centerline of McDuff Drive; thence
southwardly along the centerline of McDuff Drive to its
intersection with the southeastern prolongation of the
