HomeMy Public PortalAbout01314 O R D I N A N C E NO. 1314 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 262 (Brown Road Lateral) of The Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 262 (Brown Road Lateral). Section Two The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 262 (Brown Road Lateral) shall be as follows: 2 BROWN ROAD LATERAL Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection of the centerline of Brown Road with the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard; thence northeastwardly along the centerline of Lindbergh Boulevard to its Intersection with the northwestern prolongation of the northeast line of property now or formerly owned by International Harvester Company as recorded in Deed Book 2860, page 426 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along said prolongation and along the northeast line of said International Harvester Company property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said property a distance of 212.42 feet more or less to the northwest corner of property leased to the General Motors Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 3464, page 159 of the St. Louis County Records: thence northeastwardly and southeastwardly along a northwest line and the northeast line of said General Motors Corporation property to the northern line of property leased to the Rexall Drug Company as recorded In Deed Book 3700, page 285 of the St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly and southeastwardly along the northern and northeastern lines of said Rexall Drug Company property to the easternmost corner thereof; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said Drug Company property a distance of 206.82 feet, more or less to the northwest corner of property now or formerly owned by the Toler Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 5052, page 587 of the 3 St. Louis County Records; thence eastwardly along the northern line of said Toler Corporation property to easternmost corner thereof, said point also being the northernmost corner of property now or formerly owned by the General Motors Corporation as recorded n Deed Book 2509, page 409 of the St. Louis County Records: thence southeastwardly along the northeast lines of said General Motors Corporation property to the easternmost corner thereof, said point also being the northernmost corner another tract or formerly owned by the General Motors Corporation as recorded in Deed Book 3855, page 161 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southeastwardly along the northeast line of the last described General Motors Corporation property and continuing along the southeastern prolongation of said northeast line to the southeast line of a tract of land as shown on the Survey of Part of Lot 25 of Hazelwood Farm Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 39, page 64 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwestwardly along the southeast line of said tract and its prolongation southwestwardly to the centerline of Brown Road; thence northwestwardly along the centerline of Brown Road to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 22, 1965.
